Wow I am really really behind on this. So much drama has been happening in my life, but I'm still taking pictures.
In October I covered a wedding!
I took pictures of my best friend dressed up like a scene kid
A spur of the moment shoot with my sister that was more catalogy :)
A 50's shoot with Valerie
I'll add more pictures soon, I just wanted to get an update out there:)

Wow guys, I kind of sort of forgot about this, and when I remembered had no time to even think of a blog. I have done a TON of shoots since I last blogged. I am extremely thrilled to tell you all that I got a job at a photostudio, and I also booked a wedding shoot for my own personal business. I am one happy camper.
Here are some of the pictures and such that I never posted.
On the 15th of May I took out a cute girl named Meike to do a photoshoot before her family had to move away. We had a ton of fun, and I am so happy with the results.
In April I did a photoshoot with my stunningly gorgeous friend Kristal. It was kind of a two part shoot, the first part is more "traditional" I guess you could say and then I turned the props into parts of the clothing and made it more fashion forwards. I had a lot more things I was going to do for the fashion half, but sadly we forgot to bring water, we were getting dehydrated and over heated and it just slipped my mind. It was the very first time I ever used my 17-85mm f/4.0 and it was really hard to get used to using after using my fixed zoom 50mm f/1.8 lens. I had some technical difficulties, but I am still happy with the results :) These ones aren't the water marked pictures though, whoopsie.
I took a couple pictures of my neighbor Seth, I have no clue what on earth happened to all the watermarked pictures from this set -.-
In July I constructed a dress by sewing packing peanuts onto a pain jane dress I had and then making a completely different skirt section. When she came over we made a set and it was the first real photoshoot where I used the studio lights my dad bought me, it was weird getting used to, but we had so much fun for sure.
Being bored, my sister let me dress her up in a strange costume, with a definite fashion edge to it, we had a lot of fun playing with movements. The studio lights were used again for this shoot.
A few days later we went at it again, and did a retro throw back kind of shoot. The shirt I constructed out of fabric I had leftover from the dress I made for Valerie :)
Another shoot with Valerie in her random yard full of everything you can ever dream of having was extremely fun, I'll post the pictures I took of her, some she took of me and then two I took of both of us :)
Well that concludes this long post, I will definitely try to keep up with this a lot better and more often(:
